What we collect

Name, email, age, location and GP practice; your check-in answers (breathing, symptoms, PHQ-9, GAD-7, confidence); practice and BOLT logs; and your consent choices.

Health data is special-category data under UK GDPR. We process it only on the basis of your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Research

Anonymised, aggregated research use happens only if you opt in.

Where your data is stored

The app is built on Lovable, with data services from Lovable Cloud. Your data is stored and processed in the United Kingdom (UK region). This covers your account, check-ins, scores, journal entries and other records you save in the app.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or export your data and withdraw consent. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
